Sumsung has unveil their newest GALAXY S5  last February 2014, in Barcelona, during the MWC 2014 (Mobile World Congress 2014).  This is another huge competition against iPhone. Remembering Galaxy S2 was the first Andriod Phone to compete in the market against Apple's iPhone. Now Samsung has played a major role in the world of smartphones, bringing new innovations and much friendly User Interface compared to its rivals.

The Looks of Galaxy S5 

It has been rumored to have a metal body cover, this device is still covered by plastic poly-carbonate build. It will be available with  four stunning colors: Electric Blue, Copper Gold, Shimmer White and Charcoal Black. 

Body measures at 142.0 x 72.5 x 8.1mm, and weighing at 145g and a little heavier than S4 of 15g. 

Worry no more, this is designed with IP67 Water, dust and sand proofing, so the user will no longer worry if this thing will submerged in water or being wet by rain. This phone is really durable. 

The display, with 5.1” FHD Super AMOLED (1920 x 1080), 432 ppi, and the on Main Camera has 16MP (1/2.6”, Phase Detection AF) Sub Camera in front with 2.0MP (1920 x 1080, Wide-angle lens ).

Powered with 2.5GHz Quad core application processor, and running an operating system Android 4.4.2 (Kitkat). Faster than the S4's 1.9GHz AP. RAM : 2GB 16/32GB User Memory + microSD slot (up to 128GB). 

Additional Features

Finger Scanner, enables the user to secure their online transactions, instead of entering their account password, it will be unlocked by just swiping their fingers making it more difficult to hacked their account. 

And also it has a built-in Heart rate sensor, that allows the user to track his heart rate while doing his exercise and monitoring his diet.

Price and Availability

Samsung says that  the Galaxy S5 will be available on 11 April in more than 100 countries, with price ranging from or not more than USD 899. 00
